Replace fuse block

Okay so im wondering how complex it would be to swap the fuse block located under the dash with another one? Now to explain, for whatever reason in my trucks previous time before I owned it apparently there was an issue with the radio wiring shorting and causing the area around the radio fuse on the block to melt. I have went though the wiring and checked everything out and all has been taken care of except for the fuse block.

What all would be involved in taking a block from a donor truck and swapping it out?
