a.c. delete. can some one tell me/ pics of what goes

i was wondering if anyone can tell me what needs to go in order to remove a.c.??
i dont use it, so no sense recharging or keeping it.
im looking for pics of parts that need to go and any advice in how to do so.
thanks in advance for any help here folks.

there is a different control and heater box that goes in instead...

Yeah, if you want to just convert to a heater, try to find a donor truck and you will be better off replacing the assembly on the inside, outside, and controls in your dash.

You will have to change your heater hose location as well. As stated earlier best thing to do is find a donor cab or truck.

i see. didnt know this. thought since i had working heat, i could just pull/disconnect some things from here and there and be good to go....

You can just remove your A/C compressor and remove the A/C hoses and yank the condenser out and be fine. I think they were meaning if you wanted to remove all the A/C hardware totally and clean the firewall up. Lots of guys running around with their stuff removed but the A/C box setup still hanging on the firewall and the controls still in the dash etc.

Randy's right but you don't have to remove the condenser. You can plug the pipes and leave it if in the future you change your mind and want the A/C working.
