Just got myself a 69 Suburban. I don't have pics yet, but I will soon. It's been too cold and rainy here to get the camera out.

Here's the '69 1/2 ton I picked up a while back. I'm making some progress on it but I had to re-do some things on it that were not done right...

hdman6465 I love the stance of your burb. What drop do you have? and what size tires are you running? I have an 8 lugger too.

I just got the truck two months ago, and though I do have a receipt for the springs, and other suspension parts being replaced I don't know all the detail. I'll try to do some research. As far as the tire size they are 235/75/15 and are surprisingly 5 lug wheels.
I believe the stance of the truck is enhanced and made to appear lower due to the running boards. I'll post some more photos as soon as I have time. One other thing is that there is a trailer on the back with a lot of tongue weight on it, and does make it appear lower.
There must be a drop to it, in fact the guy who told me about this forum said it was dropped, Chris (Vectorit). Thanks Chris for the invite this is Burb heaven!

Welcome to the forum! Glad to see you made it, and looks like you have made yourself at home. You are right, this is burb heaven on the net. No other Chevy truck forum even comes close!

I still see you running around town in your burb! So cool to see the old iron still out on the road, especially around where we live where everything is new and plastic.

Here is my 68 GMC. It's been under the knife for the last year. Just hung the front clip back on and installing hood hinges.
Lots of nice burbs on this thread, I've got a long way to go to catch up!
