Possibly dumb tire question--1/2 ton subs

So a buddy has an almost new set of hurricane mags and 31-10.50-15 BFG all terrains he wants to give me, correct bolt pattern. Will the 31's rub up front on a 68 1/2 ton panel? I have 235/75/15's on it now on the factory rims, no problem.

The tire size should be OK. But, your correct bolt pattern comment had me wondering. He is supplying the wheels? Are they the correct back spacing?

Not sure what the correct back-spacing is.. It has the 7 inch steel rims (still have the factory hub caps with the red bow-tie) on it, His are 8 inch Jeep 6 holes from his really sharp Cherokee Golden Eagle. 79 I think.
