Wiper Motor 3 connection 2 speed?

Starting this build from a "truck in a box" project, so I didn't have the ability to take pics before it was taken apart.
The pics to my new wiper motor are below. What we see is no letter or numbers on anything, this is important I think.
I have a new wiper motor, supposed to be 3 prong 2 speed. I have a new wiper switch. No washer pump, not gonna have one, dont want one, you cant sell me one.
I looked at quite a few threads on the subject and am now more confused than when I started.
So now I'm at the mercy of the forum, please help and type slowly.

You're close. The motor terminals you have marked "12V Fused" and "Blk to F on switch" are reversed though. In other words, the motor terminal on the far right (as the motor is oriented in the pic) is the 12V fused feed terminal. And the motor terminal on the far left is the "low speed" terminal that connects via a black wire to the switch. The middle motor terminal is correctly identified ... it's the "high" speed terminal that connects to the switch via a blue wire.

I don't have a switch with that particlular terminal layout handy to verify, but you can double check that with an multimeter (on the ohms / continuity setting) to be sure. When the switch is in the "low" speed position there should be continuity between ground (switch case) and both the "low" and "high" terminals. When moved to the "high" speed position, only the "high" terminal should have continuity to the switch case. The remaining terminal on the switch is for the washer you're not using and that should only have continuity to the switch case when the knob is pushed in.

Perfect the wiper switch responded exactly as you explained.
I just bench tested the two with 12V and it works like a champ.
Thank you Ray.

Re: Wiper Motor 3 connection 2 speed?

With the metal wiper switch case providing ground, I have a few intermittent failures after installing mine in a 50 year old metal dash. I clean up the back and use a large "Star" washer to help achieve case to ground.

Nice photos, but how are you hard working folks getting the lines, arrows, numbers etc. on the JPG's for posting?
I have a newer Windows 10, but no office. I use an off-line laptop with XP-PRO but can only see "File / Send To / Mail Recipient ? How are you doing it?

Thanks.
Retired ASE Master with a $6 phone and a $3 ear...Can't hear from either.
