3/4" PEX tubing as a replacement door striker bushing. Works incredibly well. I only had 1/2" and it wasn't quite big enough to wrap all the way around the striker, but the doors still shut oh so much better.

The pex tubing is the best 5 minute $2 mod/repair you could ever do...
I'm still yelling at my wife 6 months later to stop slamming my door!!

Pick up a roll on nylon screen wire at the hardware store for less than $10. Remove the cowl. Cut two strips of the screen wire to cover the air inlet. Put the cowl back on and trap the screen wire. No more leaves blowing in your face.

My whole build has pretty much been budget but out of all of the "upgrades" I've done on my truck I think the Hella conversion lights and HD relay harness has been the best. Now my headlights are better than those on my mom's 05 F150 and I can actually freaking see the road at night.

Stock sealed beams suck.....alot.

Relay kit will enhance stock sealed beams.
The Hella conversion lights are better than stock beams with regular wiring.

When both are together it is a great sight.

I think I payed maybe 75$? Not completely sure.

You can get the Relay Harness from LMC for $29.99
You can get Hella like replacement H1 Bulbs from Amazon for $30 as well..

Mine was my LEDs on my wheels, not everyone's taste, but thats ok because I like them and I hit up a lot of cruise ins and shows and they are always a big hit! I bought the lights off eBay for 38.00 and bought some 1/2 wide 1/8 thick metal for 12.00 and made the rings... So right at 50.00

My free mod $0.00 dollars was to find the annoying buzzers and slam my hood on them and crush them to pieces haha.

But my 50 dollar mod was IROC gauges $25 per gauge and five hours time

I HATE the seatbelt buzzer. Wish I had a headlight buzzer though, could have saved 1 jump.

Was the gas gauge the same ohms of the original one
or did you have to wire it different

Don't know. Just know it works like it should and leaves two gallons in the tank when the gauge bottoms out

The Bed Liner in a Can also works very well under the hood. I did the radiator support, battery box, inner wheel wells and fire wall in black! Cheap and easy.
