spark plugs

I need OEM correct plugs and wires.

1960 chevy k10 283 - book lists AC 44 plugs as the correct factory plugs .035 spark gap.

1 green stripe or 4 green stripes? (as found with 1960 Corvettes)
code after the AC44 - R, XLS, T etc - what is correct for the stock ignition system? Will "resistor" plugs work ok or is that only for HEI systems?

Thanks
