ABS Chatter

Since replacing front rotors and pads on my 2004 Z-71 Tahoe, I'm getting ABS pump chatter when lightly applying the brakes at low speeds, just before the stop. Dry or wet pavement.......doesn't matter.

We hooked up a code reader and watched the wheel speed readouts. All three (left-right-front and centre rear) are reading exactly the same at all speeds.

I can feel it on the pedal and hear it too.

Weird, huh?
