Hi all. I am just getting started on this project. I like the cleaner look of the single glass in the 50 back. Mine is a 51. My doors have no rust so don't want to replace. Is it possible to pull the wing assembly out and replace with the channel and single piece glass? Thanks! Jim

there are complete kits out there now that provide everything needed for the AD trucks. If you want to piece it together you can but its more time and effort than it needs to be. Those guys did it before the kits were made. But all the stuff is now available already made.

Check around... its there.

I just saw another post a guy is selling his 1 piece glass....

ptc if your talking bout those windows in this section they're for 55-59..jking has a 51..

seems to me that I remember something about 51 doors being oddballs so keep that in mind
