Another options for rear AC

I have worked on the AC system in a 15 passenger E350. The system works very well. I had the idea of striping the whole rear HVAC system from a Ford van (should be plenty in the junk yard ) and patching it into a burb. I think the blower is mounted at the floor and all the ducting is plastic.

Just a thought.

Any idea what years? I have thought about trying to use the rear AC from a newer Suburban, but I haven't gotten that far yet
