Body trim

Need trim measurements.
I know i have done a search for where exactly the trim sits on the body. But for some reason i sont understand the picture i have found. I just meed the measurements from a body line till venter of the hole.

If you don't already have holes. I would look at this thread. The measurements you are looking for should be in there as well.

Thank you btw so from what i read iys 1 1/2 from the crease on the door abd assuming its the same on the bed but the fenders? And is that 1 1/2 to the center hole?

I want to put some trim on mine.No 100 percent sure to drill the holes.Someone said to use 3 m tape.

The trim mounting instructions are in the factory assembly manual. I would strongly suggest anyone working on a 60-66 truck to make a shop manual and assembly manual their first purchase. Most all questions can be answered in one of those two manuals. Personally, if I have good sheet metal, I'd use 3M trim tape before I started drilling holes.

issue im having not being able to understand the picture I see online. I look for those manuals
