suspension question

I have a chance to buy a 1994 1/2 ton 1500 2 wheel drive truck ultra cheap, will the front Suspension steering box a arms etc fit on my 66 c10? I have searched the forums and see 72-87 pretty much working and a vague post about 88 up that I'm not clear on. I know this has probably been talke d about I just can't seem to find it with the search.

any advice /info is much appreciated

Re: suspension question

The '88 and up pickup suspension and steering will not work to convert your truck.

You will need components from a '71-'86 C series pickup, Suburban, or 2wd Blazer or a '87-'91 R series Suburban or 2wd Blazer. The '88 and up pickups have a completely different suspension and chassis design.
