Kyull67 did the cowl. You wouldn't want me touching a welder or doing a lot with sheet metal.

I honestly don't know squat about fords but wouldn't think there'd be a whole lot different from a GM.

Okay, so I finally have done some more on the truck...primered the outside of the tailgate (the inside is next). Started to straighten out the grille so it sits back furthur and install the passenger eyebrow but the passenger fender is different than the driver so the eyebrow won't work on it...Went to a junk yard near Ava, MO and found a fender. Bit rough but workable. The front lower piece we had to cut off because it was rotted out bad and it does have some bondo but should work once I get it cleaned up. Started to do that this evening but exhausted from climbing around the junk yard for a few hours this afternoon.

Here's some progress pics. The grille is still of awaiting the new-to-me fender.

Going to try to get it cleaned and on the first part of this week.

And the fender...a lot more sanding to do before the primer...not going to be perfect, but at least I will have the trim on it!

Looking good. Can't believe you painted the tailgate. Take it you were given the ok to paint it? And yes it looks a bit weird without the grill.

I don't need permission to paint my truck. LOL. My girlfriend says it doesn't look like my truck now, just another white old truck.

Maybe I should make it orange again? I am wanting to find someone that does good airbrushing to do the bullet hole in the tailgate.
