Pitman Arm Difference from 72 to 73

Just wondering the exact difference from 72 to 73 with the pitman arm. Part numbers are different.

im thinking the tapered is different on the drag link. between 72 and 73 . but I belive u can swap the pitman arm to the gear box is the same... some one will fill in. on this because im not 100%.
