New dog in the house!

She is not a pup, 3 yrs old. Shepard/pit mix, 66 lbs & stought....but sweet as he!! My neighbor was headed out of town, & said "I dont know what to do with my dog"? My reply was, that she is a sweetheart, I will take her! Pics later...longhorn

I would volunteer to dog sit my BIL's shepard but that dog has SERIOUS separation anxiety issues.

Hah! So does our shepherd/malamute/gray wolf, big time. He's the most affectionate critter I have ever known, but he only likes three people -- my wife, my daughter, and me.
And he does not travel well, so it's nearly impossible to go anywhere.

Sounds just like Bubba. Very affectionate. Bill cannot go to another room without that dog following him. Bill is home full time and the dog goes with him everywhere so it's understandable I guess.
