Question for guys running GM Transport wheels

Am I correct in saying that you have to run spacers, in order to bolt Transport wheels to a stock 67-72 Chevy? Or, any 6x505 vintage truck?

Re: Question for guys running GM Transport wheels

I'm in the middle of mounting a set on my truck. The fronts fit great without a spacer, but the rears definitely need either a spacer or an offset change. I've chosen to change the offset over run spacers.

I have four wheel drums, the transports needed the locating bore opened up to fit. I made them up hubcentric but you could over enlarge and have them lugcentric.

Hope this helps.
