Quality saddle blanket seat cover?

Anyone had good luck with a saddle blanket seat cover? I’ve gone through 2 in 2 years. They just keep falling apart. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks

The ones I've had were made by Saddleman. Also, check with Shepler's Western Wear. www.sheplers.com

Sub'd - I'm looking also. Can find cheap ones on ebay or amazon but I'm looking for one with the gun scabbard sewn along the front. Looks like they jump in price from $20-40 then over $100. Gonna ask my upholstery friend what he he would charge.

I used to use the saddleman ones with the scabbard or the pockets in front and they would last a few years

What happened to the good old days when you could get a good quality seat cover at the auto parts store? Then expect your grand kids to be sitting on it years later.

Ah yes, that's back in the good 'ol days of JC Whitney, when One Size "Kinda" Fit All. But I do know what you mean. Not many good parts stores left.
I do miss those days. I used to love digging thru that catalog long before I ever even had a truck to stick all the widgets on - or going to the local speed shop before Summit-Wal-Mart swallowed the world.

Re: Quality saddle blanket seat cover?

Where are the small or large bench seats that came in everything, except the not so common bucket seat option? I ordered my first Saddleman saddle blanket seat cover from Shepler's back in the good old days. It had naugahyde in the center and on the edges. The scabbord had a strap with a snap. I think I still have it. I just yesterday cleaned a closet out and found an actual saddle blanket I bought back then to do something custom but never did. I bought that at a saddle shop. It is the same material as the seat cover.
