Hi Simon,
Blazers were called K/5s, although they were 1/2 ton chassis. GMC didn't call the Jimmy a ''K/750'', it's a K/1500. But anyway the K/5 got the same rear as the K/10, so it's academic.
What year is the Blazer? The 12-Bolt GM Corp rear end got about 1-7/8'' wider; not sure if that was with design-MY '69, '70 or '71.
Also I don't know how long GM kept the 12-Bolt before going to the 10-Bolt rear, usually associated with the Squarebodies.
Good chance they may fit, but I'll wait for more experts to weigh in.

I think that is pretty much right on....the width on the rear axle changed mid 70' (IIRC). At any rate, if you are playing 73-81 or 82 on the 12 bolt, the K axles should fit (truck or blazer), The C axles will be a 5 lug flange vs the k being 6 lug, but same lenght. Longhorn

Re: Need help from uk

In mid year 1970 the width of the truck 12 bolt increased to 63.5" and stayed that width thru 1982 which was the last year for the truck 12 bolt. The width is the same whether it is under a C series or a K series. So to answer your question, as long as you are playing within those years, the 5 lug and 6 lug axles are interchangeable.

Re: Need help from uk

The late '70-'87 C/K10 differentials measure 63.5" WMS to WMS (wheel mounting surface) That is the correct way to measure the width of a differential.
