I didn't notice specific differences on the ones pulled from my 64 compared to extras I had from my 67-68 trucks. The aftermarket (Mar-K/LMC/etc.)pieces are def shaped different but function the same too.

I know mine were interchangeable as I combined some from the 64 w/a couple of my 67/68 spares. I replaced one taller unit w/a spare & added a 2nd/extra sill in front of the tubs when I raised my floor.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Thanks, that helps.
