Blazer door difference?

I don't own a blazer but I find myself over here more and more. I have a SWB 4x4 and so much stuff from the blazer area really applies when you are trying to find out how something will look exterior wise.

I see that the blazer doors are obviously different on the frame area. And I know the rest of the door is the same on all the 67-72's. Just curious, can you cut the pick up window frame to mimic the blazer window frame? Or are there some differences that would be hard to fab?

Re: Blazer door difference?

The factory cut the truck doors and added a reinforcement plate. They also added a cap to basically finish the cut and a small shim type plate .
