Front upper shock bolt

Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on getting the upper shock bolt out on a 2wd? The back side of the locknut is in the frame rail and access is tight between my headers. The nut seems to be pretty locked up and I really don’t want to pull the headers.

Re: Front upper shock bolt

Mine has a weird washer/bushing protecting the outside but, but maybe I’ll try and grunt that off
