Old Chevy Truck Bowie Hood Emblem Year ? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Two questions. What year did this go on? I vaguely remember the trucks with them, but i do not know what year. And of course, WIW?

I did have to drill out one mount stud and make a new one. Then i painted the orange and the blue strip surround. I did clean the chrome and hand polish it some.

If that part number is 3893742 it is a grill emblem for a 67-68 C10- C30

Not sure on WIW

Yes sir ree-dee. That is the part #. Appears to me; you nailed it. More of a grill emblem than a hood emblem. Thank you very much.
