Those look to be this style. I'm not sure on the exact size of the bolt in your pic but you should be able to match it up and order it from this site. I've done business with them in the past and they have a great selection and are easy to work with.

Thanks nasty...
I've bumped around their site before. But all I could find were the regular hex head bolts. I am hoping to find one like the 3 in the above picture.
They are a total of 2" long. The "neck" is 1 1/4" from bottom of head to thread. The head is 15/16" across from point to point... If that helps.

You might check for a squarebody shoulder harness bolt - not sure of the size but they look like that.

You might also be able to use a regular bolt and make a sleeve/spacer out of black pipe to simulate the shoulder portion.
