Undercoating

I’m about to sandblast the bottom of my 70 Suburban. After sandblasting it will get 2 or 3 coats of Omni epoxy primer. What should go over the primer? I’ve seen several builds where a bed liner type material was applied over the primer

Thanks

Paul

Any idea how much Lizard Skin I’d need to do the bottom of a Suburban? Does it require a special gun to shoot?

Thanks

Paul

Re: Undercoating

Yes you have to use their gun...they have a coverage calculator on their site....http://m.lizardskin.com

I can testify as to how good it'll stick...after a screwup on my bed it took the sandblaster nearly 8hrs to get it off the bottom of my bed....

Re: Undercoating

I used raptor liner and I'm happy with it. You can purchase on ebay.
Black Raptor liner shot out of the schutz gun that comes with the complete kit, its very easy to use.

I done my steps with tint-able raptor liner with a clear coat shot out of a paint gun.
