Post New here, thought I'd post a few pics

This truck is not in the best shape (compaired to most of the ones posted on this board) but I thought I'd share this crappy ice day with afew lol. This happened about 3 months ago, NO damage... phew

I went ahead and took a few shots of the truck just now.. Its a daily driver at this point so be gentle LOL

The IP has been worked pretty hard, 5" tach replaces the Fuel gauge, 81 buick fuel gauge where the factory tach should be(didnt have anything before) and vdo gauges in the bottom.

'71, what a great year for Chevy trucks! Mine can be seen at link below. You guys in the KC area damned near had as much ice as we did down by the KS - OK border. Hope I never see another one like that! Welcome to the board, lot of great people here, along with a lot of good info.

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.

Looks great - mine is in pieces in the attached garage and in the shed beside it. The future front crossmember is in the back yard. The money to build the truck is somewhere over the rainbow...

1979 Honda GL 1000 - retro touring at its best.

Past:
'05 Sierra 4x4 - Had 270,000 KM and running well when it was written-off by a stop sign runner.
'94 F-150 from the "F word" company. I'll admit it...good truck. Sold what was left of it for $800 to a guy who came to pick it up at 11:00 PM with cash in hand. Hmm.
'79 Sierra Grande (Black) organ donor - perfect rebuildable 4-bolt 350 and a good TH350.
'76 Sierra Grande (Orange) - hate isn't too strong a word. Kid who bought it turned it into a hot rod.
'68 C-10 R.I.P. - Dad's old truck...too far gone to resurrect.
'59 C-50 - with hoist. Truck is gone, wife isn't. Nuff said.
