Pink forum name color ???

Um, I've been looking for a way to change the color of my user name from Pink/Fuchsia to something more "manly" if I may say so. I came to realize all the "newbies" have this color and for a truck forum which is predominantly male, it seems rather silly to use that color...Liz...

At what post count does it change to Blue ?

Re: Pink forum name color ???

As John said, become a dues paying member and it will become "Chevy" Blue, LOL. Best $25 a year you will EVER spend on your truck. Larger PM box but the other things it opens up to you. Able to place SALE ads for your extra or spare parts, a WTB (want to buy) ad for that piece you just can't seem to find or a WIW, (what's it worth) question if thinking of selling your truck and moving on to a different truck or buying another replacement.

The days of going to the junk/salvage yards for good used truck parts are dwindling away. Nothing but the bones left around here in local bone yards.

Yes it is. This site is still owned by the person that founded it. You can email him any further questions at josh@67-72chevytrucks.com or PM him here under the username Josh

Just want to make sure, so I'm not feeding the huge corporate giant that turned car forums into a commercial business.

I think it was a pretty slick idea to make a non-subscribing member's name fuscia/pink on a truck site of mostly male members. No pressure to subscribe necessary. It's totally casual. Pay at will if you prefer...or not. As long as you don't mind being the PINK GUY!!!

Exactly...part of the reason I'm not willing to at this time. Planned coercion...
