Interior Grab Handles????

Pretty sure I need to install these on my lifted 54. Even with the additional power running board its a long way to the ground if my passenger or i should slip and fall. I have looked at all the images and could install them in the front pillars near the windsheild. My stumbling point is how to fasten them to the closed pillars and have them strong enough to withstand full weight pulls. Something like an expanding drywall anchor comes to mind. Someone must have done this already so comments welcomed.
