Torque specs and bolt sequence 250 Inline 6

Does anyone have the torque specs and the proper sequence of torquing the headbolts down? I cant find anything online. When I do there's 50 different answers. HELP!!!

Here's the sequence...it's the second one in the picture.

Specs would be 90 foot pounds for all except the front two...those are at 80 so the front of the block doesn't crack.

I usually go 95 ft-lbs on all but the front left (driver side) bolt, which is 85 ft-lbs. 90/80 is OK too. Follow the sequence shown in that image torquing in stages. All to 40 first, then 70, then to final. Re check torque after a few heat cycles.
