Joel, that's an idea.........Thanks for the compliment........Mr. C

Re: Change of plans

Great looking chassis.

I've got a 51 on its way up from New Mexico to Minnesota. Hopefully it will make it before too much snow arrives. I'll be starting from square one on my truck, but its rust free.

The truck originally came from Texas, another chassis from Ill. Then to New Mexico for a Big window cab. The title from Oregon..............rear bumper brackets from Iowa........Parts form every where........

Re: Change of plans

Ok, Not much Progress, but since you guys like pics I had to do some work to take pictures. Set cab on chassis to check out my ride height, also to set my motor and tranny to make mounts. I like the height. More to come soon...............before winter sets in here.

Re: Change of plans

You'll have to modify the rear bed cross member for it to mount up to the raised frame rails. But I'm sure you've thought of that!!

Absolutley Chuck, I've sometimes lost a lil sleep thinking about this project, Gotten up in the middle of the night to take a measurement or to draw a sketch. I will lose about 6 inches of the bed depth............
