Auction: Mother load of 65 yrs of collecting truck/ car parts
Guys and Gals I don't know anything other than someone wanted me to pass this message along that there is going to be a huge auction in Bethany Missouri May 14th and 15th for a guy that's lived in Bethany Mo. since 1945 and has been hoarding car and trucks parts for as long as he lived there. The guy I spoke says there are NOS parts in the buildings. Not sure what years though.

My dad cleared it all out while he still knew what it was and had an idea what it was worth. He did himself and me a favor! He lives today but had the sense and interest to take care of all those pieces that it seems he only knew what they were for. Not everyone gets that opportunity unfortunately. Leading up to selling it all off, he started chalking the bigger pieces "35 Chevy deluxe fenders" etc.

I wouldn't mind getting the roadster shell that isn't complete. I doubt it will go cheap enough though.

That's an auction you really need to do your homework for and Hope there isn't a lot of competition for the pieces you really want.
Between the body tools and the AD pieces I could go a bit nuts there.
