73-87 8in lift and 37's

A friend of mine is building a K-10 and is doing a 8in lift. I told him just do 37's but he's thinking 40's.

I say 37's bc he's doing 22x14's

38's will fit, be trimming the fenders for 40's. my k30 has 8" lift & clears 38.5x 15.5x16 swamps, also have bushwacker cut-outs & have had a 42 on it

Re: 73-87 8in lift and 37's

On my K20 I have 9" of total lift and bushwacker cutout flares, and it clears 38x15.50's just fine. It cleared with just the 6" suspension lift and the flares. With the body lift, I can tuck narrow 42's.
