suburban stock 2nd row seats?

hey this isnt a re-post (its also in the wiw section).. i just picked up another suburban.. it has what seems to be "stock" flip down second row seats.. does anybody know if this is stock?

Those appear to be from an 80's model suburban. Definitely not stock.

I've seen several people retrofit that syle in their older subs, more convenient than the non folding ones that did come stock.
