Ls swap a/c questions

I know this is prolly not the first time someone has asked this
Truck 57 chevy with no limit engineering front and rear airride suspension
Engine 2002 chevy 5.3L with Nelson performance stand alone wire harness with an original PCM not aftermarket

I am in te process of perfecting all the details to my frame to perfect all the details on the frame and want to make sure before i have to do any modifications to the frame that the original compressor & brackets will work and function correctly i also want to run the whole ac unit as an assembly from the 2002 p/u

Questions

Is this possible ?
Has it been done ?
What special things would i need ?
Is this the best thing to do ?
What would be the most cost effective ?
What problems should i look out for ?

Re: Ls swap a/c questions

ok
i dont have a no limit front end, but another brand, depending upon you motor mounts you very well could have to cut the pass side frame for clearance.

and learn from my mistakes, buy a new or rebuilt compressor, mine came with junkyard motor, charged up just fine, two days later seal inside compressor blew and let everything out.
