1986 C10, need a +12v hot in run and crank wire

My truck is still torn apart enough that I can't probe wires check for this myself, I would greatly appreciate if someone knew this off the top of their head.

I'm looking for a +12v underhood circuit on my 86 C10 that is hot in both run AND crank...and it cannot be the HEI wire, as that will be feeding my coil. I know the choke/oil switch circuit has a pink/white wire that is a +12v IGN feed, but does anyone here know if this circuit is hot during cranking too? Or am I looking at finding an open spot on the fuse block to pull from?
