Question what is High Wider Package at Advance A/P

Went to buy good front pads at Adv. A/P & they offered both with[Wearever brand] and without their "High Wider Package". They don't know the difference, other than $5.00!!! Their best quality offered in both styles had friction material area MUCH LESS than my oem's (I bought it new). Truck is 2003 GMC Sonoma, k/cab, 4.3, 2wd. Originals lasted 55K & would've gone longer by bending the squealer.
Thanks for any insight.

Re: what is High Wider Package at Advance A/P

It's the ZR2 package. High rider or wide stance. It's got a 4 inch wider track than a regular 4wd. It's also 3-4 inches taller.

Your truck is 2wd, so the parts guys shouldn't have even be looking at that stuff.
