A question of 'quality' regarding drop spindles

Firstly, let me explain my situation - being in the UK, I am dependant on suppliers who will:

A) ship over here to begin with, and

B) not empty my bank account for the privilege!

Secondly, I have owned (and lowered) a few different trucks before so have some experience of certain brands which, personally speaking have been positive in terms of fitment etc.

I am in a bit of a fix regarding what to do about sourcing lowering components for my 1979 C10. The only supplier I can find that will ship (and at a reasonable cost) is a budget one. So, is there truly a world of difference between the 'premium' brands such as Bell Tech and the 'budget' such as Street Edge? If so, what are the differences?

As always, the input is gratefully received.
