What wheels & Size on 1972 K10?

Looking to take lift kit and wheels off my 72 4x4. What wheels were originally used and what size? 15"? Are they just called rally wheels? Thanks!

It depends on whether you have a K/10 or a K/20. Then there were tire options that meant different size wheels. Rallye wheels weren't one of them. I could list them all here, but would be easier for you to tell us what you have.

Re: What wheels & Size on 1972 K10?

All...righty then . I was looking for a signature I guess. Please forgive my doomkoff sleepy arse comment. Not only late, it was hot enough to mad a bee mad today...and the last few. When will the misery end???

Ok, I'm awake enough to admit I dunno . Just kidding. The standard wheel size was 15 x 6. Later K/10 wheels went to 6.5" and some say 7" as well. Never saw the later. There was a 16" option for heavier ply rubber. Also 16.5 x 8.25...yep! That was the floatation tire option (10.00s). Look for spares in pre-92 Suburbans and Blazer/Jimmys if you hit the junk yards, prime stuff.

The rally wheels weren't available on 67-72 trucks, but they're a pretty popular option anyway. I have factory rally wheels on mine and I'm running 33/12.50 BFGs on them.
