Wow! Lucky for me, it's halfway across the country. That sure kills the temptation for me.

Re: NICE '74 Cheyenne Super Estate Suburban

You've got the Blazer and the Yukon already, just saying you might as well complete the collection.

Just think about the family trips - day trip or going out shopping take the Blazer, going for an overnight with family for the holidays take the Tahoe... and for those long camping trips you would have the cruise ship on wheels to carry everything LOL

That truck went through two listings on ebay recently. IIRC, a one owner truck and the daughter inherited it, her and her husband were selling it. Looks like they sold it to a car lot.

I saw this truck the other day. My in law's now live in Landrum, SC. It's a very small town and this is at a very small car lot. I didn't stop, but it's less than a mile from family. David

I'm not sure how to do this one. Maybe a small drop and 15x8 Cragar SS wheels all around? Some old school wheels to celebrate the "woody" trim.

Re: NICE '74 Cheyenne Super Estate Suburban

That's why I haven't bought it yet. Can't figure out exactly what I would do with it. It doesn't really lend itself to the slammed, big wheels look...

Lowered, with Rallys and Radial T/A's. Not slammed, just tastefully lowered. A 700R4 swap so it is a little more fuel efficeint, and drive the wheels off.

Re: NICE '74 Cheyenne Super Estate Suburban

A very similar truck with a big block and *apparently* lower miles is attracting more bids.

Re: NICE '74 Cheyenne Super Estate Suburban

I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing this is the same burb, now with an 18/20 combo on Nashville CL.

Edit: after another look at the exhaust, it's got to be the same truck.

Re: NICE '74 Cheyenne Super Estate Suburban

Can anybody say approximately how much this one was dropped? Looks like more than 2" to me, but I don't know. Love the way it sits and hope to do my 88 about like this. Referring to the "after" pics as linked in the last post. Sorry, I don't know how to link on this iPad-thang.
