Swapping cast iron heads for aluminum, noticed the spark plug holes have over twice the threads. What plugs do I get?

What heads are you using? The info with your heads should spec. what reach plugs to use. (if they came with any!)

Procomp heads, I will check the specs, don't remember seeing that info, So there are different reach plugs? My guess would be the plug just clearing the heads...

14mm x .750 reach (19 mm), 5/8 hex, gasket seat
