Special edition 1967 vette c10

I visited a friend near Scratch Ankle Tennessee today and he told me about some mountain gossip about a truck like no other.
It belonged to his step sister's 3rd husband on her momma's side. They called him Bubba Stump because he was considered a fool in these parts. He bought the truck from a dealer near Dahlonega Georgia on April 1st 1967. He was always kidding people, especially on April Fool's Day. He once sold a long bed C10 to the shortest man in the county!
Anyways, he asked me if I wanted to see it. Bubba said to come on over and bring some cold O'dooles. I think it was because O'dooles rhymes with Fools.
Much to my surprise, he rolled out this beautiful(?) gleaming red... truck? He said it wasn't for sale so I didn't ask. I didn't want to seem foolish in front of my friend. It is different...

Lol the early editions of this post were classic, several not picking up on it being April fools and loosing their minds over the supposed truck. Happy April fools NoNeck!

Damn. That must be the legenday RPO they made all the Corvette Truck Motors for.
You know, the ones listed in every Craigslist and Dandy Dime advert that have the ''rare Corvette motor.'' If I hadn't seen it, I never would have believed it.

I had a guy on Facebook say they never put 427s in pickups. Bah! Here's proof!

I would like a 1967 vette c10 exactly as pictured, looks great to me. And Scratch Ankle Tennessee sounds like my kind of town.

But you'd still have to get the West Coast Jr mirrors chromed.

Of course, it's part of the package.
They probably limited production to 100 examples to qualify as a ''Production'' vehicle under USAC rules.

You're probably right!

My uncle's son-in-law's grandfather's cousin raced a C/Grand Sport

I'd like to see a photoshop off one of these C/Vettes taking that classic S-turn at Laguna
