Advise: Cab Corner/Outer Rocker filler

Ok,
I've just finished up putting the new outer cab floor/inner rocker and outer rocker along with the cab corner. I've noticed that there are, what appear to be, intended gaps in some of the pieces. In pulling out the old stuff, I noticed that there was some glue/filler that was placed in there to cover up the gaps, but am not sure what it is that I need to fill the void.

Any help would be appreciated.
