Crank pulley

Hello Crew.

Worked on many engines but relatively new to SBC.
Stripping down a 1965 SBC, the crank pulley is kind of odd.
It is just 2 plates riveted together with shoulder rivets about 1/2" apart.
There is no rubber element to it, it seems to have very little mass.
Also it is press fit and the crank is not tapped.
It does look like there is something in the hole in the crank, almost like a bushing.

I assume bear puller to remove it and BFH to put it back on.

Any advice welcome.

Thanks
Nitro
