bronco vs. blazer

what is the difference in gas mileage btw a fullsize bronco and a fullsize blazer? right now i have a bronco (it was only $1000) but it is about to kill me at the gas pumps. i am 7ft tall 300lbs and kind of need a bigger vehicle if ya know what i mean.

They all suck gas. But,Fords suck!....more gas for same size motor.GM has always gotten more power out of less cubes(and gas).I don`t know what year you have or which motor you have. But,if you have one of the three 351s,I hope it`s not the "M".They love gas and hate puttin`out.

mine is a 81 with 302 3speed auto. it probably aint gettin 10 miles per gallon. it might have to do the unthinkable. i might sell my 69 suburban project and find a S-10 blazer. but it would hate doing that.

The K5 Blazer gets better mileage for sure.... so long as it has the 6.2L diesel

Get ride of it. That year had a bad problem with the rods. I new several who had the same year and engine and that is the problems they all had. I used to have a 350 in my k10 and got just over 10mpg.
