Need help identifying bolts - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hello fellow enthusiasts, I have a small collection of bolts and I’m hoping some of you might be able to chime in on what they might be for. Specifically I’m hoping some are for the fastening of my double wall hard top which has been off the K5 since 1995. Any advice is welcome.

I would say the 6 long ones are close but I believe you need 10.

Thanks for that, it’s the 2nd time I’ve been told I’d need 10. Does anyone have one and we can compare dimensions?

It's either those at the 4" position or 6" and I lean 4" - maybe someone here has easy access to double wall top to check.

Those at 8" are for the rear of the driver side front bucket seat tracks. Don't lose those.

Thanks Pete, it would seem that the folks that painted the Blazer in ‘95 switched some bolts around on me. I will try to correct that when the seats get redone. Now that I think about it, the bolts holding down the rear seat aren’t the same. Now I’m wondering if some of the hard top bolts have been used in other places!

When it cools down later this evening I will try to remove one of my DW top bolts and get a pic with measurements

they are 5/16 fine thread and are 1" from under the washer to the tip. here is one of mine
