I will try to get this thing done but lots of little stuff to do. I know you know how long the little stuff takes so you are happy with the end result and YES it does feel pretty good to do things yourself. I sure would love to get this thing on the road before snow flies thats for sure.

Re: finally put some color on this thing.

A little closer after the weekend!!! My 10 year old son helped me put the rear windows in and was a huge help. I finished up a little wireing under the hood put the mirrors on and decided to run the Torque thrusts instead of the ralleys.

Re: finally put some color on this thing.

Thanks for the compliments guys!!! This thing should be on the road within a week or so. Hey Dieselwrencher thanks for the compliments on the gas pump! I have wanted a gas pump for a long time and finally found the right one this spring while I was in Portland at a swap meet. I would like to start restoring them as well they are pretty cool.

Re: finally put some color on this thing.

No problem. I have a new found love for them too. It can't be good for the pocket book. The only one I have, I have no idea what brand or model it is. It's an old hand pump unit is all I know.
