Weight of a stepside bed.

I need to know a rough weight of a 1966 short step bed complete with gate for shipping info. Anyone know?

Complete as removed from truck. With cross sill and a wood floor although the floor has a couple holes.

My guess is 250-300 lbs. But thats just a guess...

I'd agree. I lifted my fully built Fleet/LWB with a strap and my engine hoist for installation.

Thanks for the responces, I had guessed around 300lbs. but the shipper thought it would be 600. I know two guys can lift them with some effort so he is way off.

300 is light to me. I would say 425-450

He ended up telling the shippers 600 to cover crate a pallet weight.
