200-4r

Have come across a 200-4r code OG from an 85 Olds 307. My question is "will this transmission bolt up to my 250 l6? 1966 1/2 ton powerglide TIA

Re: 200-4r

Only if its a dual bolt pattern (and not all are). You have the Chev pattern, the Olds has the BOP pattern, but some 200s are dual. Look at the bell, you'll know immediately.

Re: 200-4r

TV cable hookup to single barrel carb might be an issue. My tranny guy suggested a Camaro brake switch mod to work the lock up torque. Have yet to install mine.
