Another web site said the owner of that Chevy had just recently bought that truck 30 minutes earlier and was on his way home.
(This video was filmed back in 2014)

Funny how that trucker was able to get a video clip. Maybe that's his thing... plug the road and video people after you've thoroughly pissed them off! All the cars were passing that truck on the right. Poor C10 driver couldn't take it anymore!
