What is this called?

I need to know what the name of, or better yet where to get one, of the part that is bolted or sometimes riveted into the upper part of a fleet-side bed. It has a nut plate and is for the pivot bolt that the chain attaches to. Anyone know where to source one of these? I can make one but really don't want to. Thanks in advance!

Re: What is this called?

I'm not fond of some of these new kids now days. They all want to strip all that stuff off these trucks.

the chain's is the best thing about these trucks. Most of them want to put them Remote lots in and have that smooth look.I saw one that had one.Guy was leaving a show had some really nice graphics on the tail gate not any more.

When hit hit a hard pot hole gate pops open he had a hitch ball sticking out bent that aftermarket tail gate an put one hell of a dent at the top of the tail gate.Kinda folded it.Guy stop got out an throw a fit.

I'm behind him in my 1965 3/4 ton that looks like its been in a war.I have a big smile on my face Ya he kicked my truck the bad fender that need replacing 10 year ago then i laugh at him and drove off.I love my old raggedy old chevy truck that lasted me 15 years same motor with 750,000 mile on it with a 350 with a 2 speed power glide.Love my baby.

Not much to look at but shes a good truck
