Nv4500 reverse pigtail...$184....?.....help

Does anyone happen to know the part # for the pigtail that plugs into reverse switch?...I know the switch is the same as on a sm465 and the harness plug is the same....
I stopped by the gm dealer today thinking I'd just pick one up....I don't know what the heck they smoking at the parts counter..but the guy priced me the pigtail plug for $184.00...there is no way that plug can cost that much...he wouldn't let me see the screen or give me the part#...

What about making your own with the correct weatherpak, metripak, or whatever the connector is? $184 would buy a lot of wire and connectors.

I'd go somewhere besides the dealer in this case. You can take these part numbers to the auto parts store of your choice

AC Delco PT107

https://www.amazon.com/ACDelco-PT107...keywords=PT107

Standard Motor Products S712

Re: Nv4500 reverse pigtail...$184....?.....help

I wouldn't have a issue with making my own...if I knew what to get....I even thought about just using a couple of pin connectors and then fill the void with dielectric grease...

s trucker...Will those connectors fit my switch? If so then that may be the answer..that pt107 shows that it should fit...found the AC pt107 on eBay for $18 shipped...and a Chinese one for $6...but ill stay with AC

I looked those up for a 93 c2500 with a NV4500.

What year is your transmission?

Re: Nv4500 reverse pigtail...$184....?.....help

Its supposed to be a 98...i bought it from a trans shop....when i replaced the sm465 in my c30 with a nv4500 thats when i saw the switch was the exact same from the sm to the nv...so im wondering if all the manuals use the same switch...and the same plug...
Now that you gave me a part# i found that plug fits 92-02...

Why not just go to Pick A Part & snip one offa a junker?
That's one of the most common plugs ever used, but if you absolutely positively overnight need a new one this one here aint but $8
